• Riders must be at least 18 years old to rent a jet ski.

• Riders 16-17 years old may operate with a parent/guardian’s signed consent.

✅ Life Jackets & Equipment

• Life jackets are mandatory and will be provided for all riders.

• We supply all necessary safety equipment to ensure a secure ride.

✅ Speed & Operation Rules

• Follow all no-wake zones and local waterway laws.

• Maintain a safe distance from other riders, boats, and obstacles.

• Reckless or dangerous operation will result in immediate termination of the rental without a refund.

✅ Weather & Water Conditions

• Rentals may be rescheduled due to inclement weather for safety reasons.

• If water conditions become unsafe, we reserve the right to adjust rental times.

📌 Booking & Payment

• Reservations are highly recommended and can be made online or by phone.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

📌 Deposit & Damage Policy

• A security deposit is required for all rentals.

• Renters are responsible for any damages to the jet ski during the rental period.

📌 Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 48-hour notice is required for cancellations to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may receive a partial refund or credit toward a future rental.

• No-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

📌 Alcohol & Drug Policy
🚫 No alcohol or drug use is permitted before or during jet ski operation. Any rider suspected of impairment will not be allowed to ride, and no refund will be issued.

📌 Check-In & Arrival

• Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled rental time for check-in and safety instructions.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced rental time without a refund.
